Terms of use

These terms apply when you use ludlet.com and every web tool under it (flyhours.ludlet.com, kyeodum.ludlet.com, round.ludlet.com, offwork.ludlet.com, bmi.ludlet.com, random.ludlet.com, photo.ludlet.com, pet.ludlet.com, banting.ludlet.com, relaycut.ludlet.com and others; the “service”), run by Ludlet (“we”). Our apps have their own app terms of use.

1. A free service

The service is free and needs no account. By using it you agree to these terms; if you don't agree, please don't use it.

2. Results are estimates

• Flight times, BMI, body fat and calories, working hours and pay, pet ages and similar results are estimates for reference, calculated from published formulas and data. They may differ from real values.
• Don't make important decisions about health, medicine, law, employment, tax, money or travel plans from these results alone; check with a doctor, a professional, your airline or other official sources.
• Draws and ladders are decided by your browser's random numbers. We play no part in any promise or bet based on them.
• Tools like Photo Fix process photos only in your browser, but please keep your originals.

3. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but because it is free we do not guarantee that results are correct or that it is always available. We are not liable for loss arising from using the service or its results unless caused by our intent or gross negligence. This does not limit any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

4. Ads

The service may show ads such as Google AdSense. Advertisers are responsible for their products and services, and we play no part in any deal after you click an ad. Ads and cookies are explained in the privacy policy.

5. Please don't

• Hack the service, or send so many automated requests that others can't use it.
• Abuse ads, for example by clicking them repeatedly on purpose.
• Use the service for anything illegal or that infringes other people's rights.

6. Intellectual property

The rights to the service's writing (notes), illustrations, design and code belong to us or their rightful owners. You are free to read and use them personally, but don't copy and redistribute or sell them wholesale without permission. Short quotes with credit are fine. Fonts and open-source libraries follow their own licenses. Photos and data you put in remain yours.

7. Links to other sites

Some links, such as note sources or map links, lead to other sites. Those sites are responsible for their content and how they handle personal information.

8. Changes and discontinuation

We may change features or addresses of the service, or discontinue part or all of it. Where we can, we announce changes on the site first. As the service is free, we do not compensate for losses caused by discontinuation.

9. Changes to these terms

We post changes on this page 7 days before they take effect and update the effective date above; changes that work against you are posted 30 days ahead. Using the service after the change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try in good faith to resolve any dispute by talking. If a lawsuit is needed, it goes to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
